Bookings

All our tour bookings are made through Sunvil. This allows us to comply with European laws relating to small operators and, most importantly, provides security both to you, our clients, and also peace of mind for us.

Sunvil has an unrivalled position in the world of independent operators. It has won numerous awards and its chairman Noel Josephides is a tireless campaigner on the part of sustainable tourism, a former president of AITO and a long-time personal friend of Paul HD, a link that grew from a shared interest in Cyprus and a belief in responsible tourism as a force for good.

Sunvil are fully bonded and also hold an ATOL licence and can thus book your flights at highly competitive rates.

NB All our prices include accommodation, transport from the airport on arrival, during the trip and return to the airport. All meals include wine with dinner - not included are pre-dinner drinks, personal items of expenditure and incidentals.

Many of our clients choose to book their own flights maybe to arrive a few days before the trip or extend their stay. Our prices do NOT include flights

Payments

To book one of our trips first contact us and we will send you a booking form and our terms and conditions.

A deposit of €150 is payable on booking. Payment in full must be made a minimum of eight weeks before the departure date. If you cancel after this date we cannot guarantee to return the deposit where hotels and other services demand payment in advance. If for any reason we have to cancel then we will do so at least eight weeks before hand and return your money in full.

Payments can be made with credit card through Sunvil but we have to make a surcharge - we simply pass on the exact surcharge levied by the credit card company on us.

We have to run our trips on a minimum of four participants - which is lower than most other operators but we live here and our overheads do not involve large offices: we know personally the people who run hotels, agriturismos and restaurants and get highly favourable rates from them..they know that our clients are there to appreciate the special things about their country.

We disagree on principle with single room supplements and, where possible, do not charge them - if a hotel proves inflexible then we pass on the minimum possible.
