To book one of our
trips first contact us
and we will send you a
booking form and our terms and conditions.
A deposit of €150 is payable on booking. Payment
in full must be made a minimum of eight weeks before the departure
date. If you cancel after this date we cannot guarantee to return
the deposit where hotels and other services demand payment in
advance. If for any reason we have to cancel then we will do so at
least eight weeks before hand and return your money in full.
Payments can be made with credit card through Sunvil but we have to
make a surcharge - we simply pass on the exact surcharge levied by
the credit card company on us.
We have to run our trips on a minimum of four participants - which
is lower than most other operators but we live here and our
overheads do not involve large offices: we know personally the
people who run hotels, agriturismos and restaurants and get highly
favourable rates from them..they know that our clients are there to
appreciate the special things about their country.
We disagree on principle with single room supplements and, where
possible, do not charge them - if a hotel proves inflexible then we
pass on the minimum possible.
