Southern comma (Polygonia egea). A butterfly of the family Nymphalidae found in southern Europe.
The butterfly flies from March to September depending on the location.
The larvae feed on Pellitory of the wall (Parietaria officinalis). Podere Montecucco, Orvieto Umbria, Italy. June 2021
